Overview
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified principal contractor to install fire rated, hopper doors, dampners and smoke seals to Refuse (Bin) Chutes across our property estate in the Oldham and surrounding area of Greater Manchester. We also require the same contractor to provide a twice yearly servicing solution of the chutes. The remediation work is scheduled to be carried out in the first 6 months of the contract and the servicing over a firm 2-year period with an option of an additional 1 year plus 1 (4 years in total). Further remediation work may be required during the lifetime of the contract.
