The site of the proposed residential and indutrial/commercial development is located on the derelict plot of land to the south of the M20 motorway approximately 2.2km northwest of Folkestone town centre. The site is accessed from Caesars Way to the east. The overall development is ultimately to construct 77 residential dwellings and mixed use development of commercial/office units ( 660 m2) and industrial/storage units (5,142 m2) together with associated car parking, open space, landscaping.
