Overview
The framework agreement will be for a 4-year initial contract period with possible extensions (4 + 2 + 2) for all Lots, extendable based primarily on performance. The contracts will provide for the ability to terminate one or all lots after the initial 4 year period or the first extension, in addition to the standard termination requirements.
