Brighton & Hove City Council is establishing a framework agreement that will be used to carry out major capital projects to council managed housing stock, and invites bidders to submit bids for a place on this framework agreement. Works will include, but are not limited to, new build property construction works, conversion of use of existing property, loft conversions and extensions. Full details are listed in the ITT.
