Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (the Council) would like to appoint a Consultation lead to support the Better Queensway Project during the consultation phase of the project. The Better Queensway project is a large scale project that will regenerate the Queensway area of Southend-on-Sea over the coming years. The project includes infrastructure and property development on a site of approximately 5 hectares on the edge of Southend-on-Sea town centre and adjacent to Southend Victoria rail station.
