The Authority's intention will be to award a framework agreement comprising of a single supplier having been evaluated using the published tender evaluation criteria. By establishing this framework, the authority and named users of the framework will: A. Deliver the FIRST PHASE of the project comprising the construction of an integrated care centre with 40 private rooms, communal areas, public library and associated external landscaping and car parking.
