Overview
The scope of works is to construct new hostile mitigation measures (HVM) comprising of precast concrete retaining wall section adjacent to the security fence from within the Embassy gardens. The retaining wall is to be formed using interconnected 6m long precast concrete 'L' shaped retaining wall units. The HVM wall is to be a minimum of 600mm high above the general ground level and is to follow the line of the security fence. The wall is to be enhanced for impact with excavated material backfilled behind it and then landscaped.
