This Request for Information ("RFI") is to help the BBC have a better understanding of what software-based tools and services are available for conducting Design Research. We want to explore the different tools available for remote research - the planning, implementation and analysis of research conducted without being face-to-face with participants. This could be either moderated or unmoderated, and may be either qualitative or quantitative in nature. We encourage responses from innovative/leading-edge suppliers, both start-ups and established organisations.
