Overview
Sefton Council is seeking to renew its contract for the provision of Banking Services and Merchant Acquiring Services. The period of contract will be 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2024 plus 2 one year optional periods. The Council's banking arrangements and merchant services with the successful contractor or contractors will be conducted in accordance with all relevant statutory requirements including in particular the Local Government Finance Acts 1988 and 1992 and the Education Reform Act 1988, and all Regulations made under these Acts.
