Overview
Manchester City Council intend to set up an Automatic Number Plate Recognition Enforcement Framework through which we can procure our future requirements for enforcement of Bus Lanes, Moving Traffic Offences and Cycle Lanes. The framework will support the purchase of Enforcement Units that can be installed on Street Lighting Columns and are capable of automatically detecting potential contraventions. Sending evidence packs to a central review client to enable the Council's Civil Enforcement Officers is required.
