The Authority has a requirement for The Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust wishes to appoint an Authorising Engineer (Decontamination) (AE(D)) to provide professional advice on the implementation and operation of Sterile Services, Endoscopy and Ultrasound Decontamination Units in line with HTM 01-01 & 01-06. The Duties will cover the following sites: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Stadium Road Woolwich London SE18 4QH University Hospital Lewisham (Acute & Community) Lewisham High Street London SE13 6LH The initial period will be for three years followed by an option to extend the contract by a further two years subject to satisfactory performance.
