Overview

The supplier will conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops with our various internal teams to inform the development of a strategy. The agency will review our existing stakeholder mapping and to come up with a detailed national and local stakeholder map, based on our narrative, which we can then use as a working document. We then require the supplier to deliver a detailed communications strategy, with a compelling narrative and plan, including KPIs, in the form of a powerpoint presentation.
