The Trust wishes to identify a partner to form a commercial relationship with, in relation to the delivery of NHS funded and privately funded assisted conception and embryology services.The core needs and requirements of the Trust are as follows and the Trust anticipates that these will form part of the commercial relationship formed with a partner: - A partner to deliver NHS and private patient assisted conception services;- A partner to deliver the full embryology service; The development of the ACU facility and an embryology lab for delivery of both NHS and private services; and Marketing and promotion of the ACU service and growth of the ACU business.
