Asset Management & Fixed Asset Accounting system

The London Borough of Merton ("the Council") is inviting tenders for a property asset management system to proactively support: i) Financial reporting and monitoring of all assets, ii) Asset valuation, iii) Estate management and iv) Production of a wide range of performance indicators. An asset register that provided an International Financial Reporting Standard's (IFRS) compliant solution for accounting for fixed assets, due to the specific requirements of local government capital accounting, the system must also be compliant with the Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting in the United Kingdom (the Code).
