Assessment and Reablement Unit Pilot

Leicestershire County Council wishes to seek suitable providers to deliver a pilot scheme for six short term residential care beds for individuals who require a short period of assessment to enable them to return home or to be moved into the correct setting for their needs. Typically, this scheme will be required following a hospital stay or where the individual has experienced a health or social care crisis in their own home.
