Overview
The principal aim of the procurement process is to appoint one supplier for both ODSL & ODST (together "ODS") who will deliver both financial and efficiency benefits. ODS is seeking a working relationship with an asphalt surfacing contractor to work alongside us on projects in our pipeline. Projects will be dealt with on an individual basis and as such ODS cannot guarantee volumes and/or values of work. 1. The Works comprise of asphalt surfacing and material supply for works on the highway or private land. 2.
