There has been substantial investment in Middlesbrough for achieving National recognition for working toward becoming a Dementia Friendly Community. The Dementia Hub at Woodside Resource Centre is a vital part of this work and the request is made to fund coordinator post for one year. The Dementia Hub Coordinator provides administrative and organisational support for the Woodside Dementia and Wellbeing Hub program of activities and acts as a first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries about the Dementia Hub and the other agencies within it.
