The Authority has several properties that contain Asbestos and to meet with the Control of Asbestos regulations 2012 we need to ensure that we have a framework in place as the Authority is the duty holder and therefore responsible for the on-going management of Asbestos across the Estate. The framework will be divided into two lots: Lot 1 Asbestos Surveys and Consultancy Lot 2 Asbestos Removal This Framework is open initially for use by West Northamptonshire Council.
