The Council is looking to award a single supplier Framework agreement with a document scanning bureau for a 'scan on demand' service including document collection , preparation, scanning, indexing, digitisation and destruction service, scanning paper to PDF. ISO 9000:2008 accredited quality manangement systems standards to ensure the Supplier meets the needs of the Council as a customer while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to the document image processing service.
