Overview
Gloucestershire Archives wishes to procure a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) archive management system. The Council currently use CALM and CALMview systems from Axiell to manage, identify, locate and access the archives, and have nearly 900,000 catalogue entries. We require an ISAD (G) compliant system to give Gloucestershire Archive staff full intellectual control over the collections, including accessioning, cataloguing, care of collections and physical management of collections. We also need to facilitate public access to documents including enquiries about collections and production of archives
