The Authority wishes to procure an approved provider list for a High Needs Study Programme and also Supported Internships. A High Needs Study Programme is a person-centred programme which supports the young person to developand progress, based on a clear understanding of how each person learns best, strategies that will help themachieve their goals, and the support they require within the learning environment. To access the HNSP, a young person must have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
