Contract Award The contract provides Appropriate Adult services for mentally vulnerable adults in custody and other locations for the Police & Crime Commissioners of Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire. The East Midlands Police forces are governed by PACE and are committed to working to NAAN guidance. The framework is being tendered by the OJEU Light Touch Regime procedure above the threshold as guidance and counselling services.
