Overview
Arc Partnership (Arc) are responsible for procuring and running the contract for Nottinghamshire County Council's (the Council) network of TREND Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) at 10 of the Council's properties. This comprehensive network of controls, which can be accessed remotely, can be used to see in real time to determine how the heating system(s) are running, to adjust time settings/set points and identify faults as they happen. Arc now has a requirement for a contractor to provide a Bureau Service to support the Council's current BEMS network for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend for 2 further periods of 1 year each (2+1+1 = 4 years maximum).
