City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council ('The Council') is seeking to commission a service which: Provides information on and support to access Alternatives to Respite which will contribute to meeting the needs of people with identified social care needs, including unpaid carers and the people they support. Provides information and support on accessible holidays for disabled people and their carers. For the purposes of this service disabled people being older people with support needs as a result of frailty or mobility issues, people with a learning disability, mental health or sensory need.
