North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service hosted by NHS England (NHSE)and is managing this procurement process for and on behalf of NHSE and NHS Heywood, Middleton, and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (HMRCCG) (the Contracting Authorities).
