Overview

GBC is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), to provide emergency response on a 24/7 365 basis to customers within its sheltered housing and hostel properties. The service must be of a 'hybrid' nature, able to communicate in both analogue and digital protocols. The contract duration is for 3 years with the option to extend by up to a further 2 years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the Council's discretion.
