CORSERV Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wishes to appoint a Contractor to undertake a JCT Minor Works Contract for the removal and disposal of existing heating systems, and to supply and fix new, fully controllable and energy efficient air source heating and hot water systems. The new systems will be designed by the Contractor to achieve the design temperatures outlined in the contract documentation along with other Employer requirements and restraints. A total of 59 properties are included in this project, located in Cornwall.
