Overview
The Employer requires a method of draining effluent that arises during retrievals operations from the silo, assessing it and then dispatching it to FGMSP for disposal. Currently the silo is connected to the DPR effluent system which has large storage vessels and does not allow for ad-hoc effluents to be added via a tun dish. There is a need to allow smaller amounts of effluent to be dispatched to FGMSP than the DPR system allows but the DPR system has many benefits and therefore, a hybrid solution is required.
