The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the delivery of a package of Supported Accommodation Services for Vulnerable Adults with support needs at Providence House. The service is to deliver a person centred, personalised programme of support lasting between 3- 15 months to vulnerable adults which is reablement focused and to develop the skills and confidence to achieve optimum independence level and move on into appropriate long-term accommodation.
