The supplier will deliver a professional transition programme, helping internationally-trained AHPs to acclimatise to working in the NHS, at the point in time they are starting work in the NHS, The programme will be designed by the supplier then delivered by NHS provider staff, who will be enabled to do this by using an online resource and comprehensive facilitation guide developed by the supplier.
