Provision of a minimum of 6 motion sensors to gather movement data on cycle-path users. Must to able to differentiate between different types of users from a single sensor type i.e. • Pedestrians, including individuals within groups, with average speed • Cyclists, including individuals within groups, with average speed • Vehicles differentiated into different types, including individuals within groups, with average speed These Sensors must be able to provide real-time counts at (minimum) 5-minute periods for each classification of user, sending time stamps of when the user was detected in addition to movement patterns.
