Carlisle City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Housing providers to develop and manage affordable housing on four Council owned sites. The Council is seeking a single partner to develop all four sites, and it is anticipated these sites could accommodate approximately 55 dwellings:- Beverley Rise (2.15 hectares / estimated no. of units: 30) Greta Avenue (0.4 hectares / anticipated no. of units: 13) Raffles Avenue (0.17 hectares / anticipated no. of units: 8) Wood Street (size 0.22 hectares / anticipated no. of units: 4).
