Overview
The objective is for ALS to continue to refine its subcontracting strategy and have access to a flexible purchasing system through which it will be able to procure the services it requires to meet its objectives. This includes allowing suppliers to onboard during the life of the Flexible Purchasing System, at predetermined points. As a minimum it is anticipated that new suppliers will have the opportunity onboard within year 3 and year 5 however LCC will also reserve the right to open the framework to new suppliers more than the minimum requirement.
