Adhoc Major works Lots 1 & 2

Lot 1: Ad-hoc Major Works to occupied social housing across the borough of Barnet and other areas consisting of minor and major capital works such as replacement or significant overhaul of bathrooms and or kitchens; replacement of boilers and or heating systems. PIR testing of domestic wiring installation to the kitchen and/or bathroom and carrying out remedial works, upgrade works or rewiring works as required. Limited External Works such as window and door replacements; delivery of adaptation works; various internal works to dwellings such as replastering, carpentry works, painting and decorating and plumbing work.
