Overview

Northamptonshire CCGs are looking for a provider interested in working with the CCGs to develop and review a proof of concept / 12 month pilot service. The pilot will seek to provide a service that delivers care and support/ treatment for people who are suffering with the ongoing effects of Acute confusional state, but who are medically fit.
