To introduce four bike libraries and associated cycling activities in Pocklington, Market Weighton, Goole & Howden (Active Towns Project) based around local need and demand with a view to encouraging and supporting communities and residents to be physically, mentally and socially active. The project will consist of bike loans, promotional events and activities eg led rides and the opportunity for residents to access cycle maintenance workshops.
