Overview

L&Q are looking to appoint contractors in the following areas of work. • Servicing of all fire safety related equipment on all L&Q sites, including any new or transferred stock with L&Qs portfolio. • Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) works • Active and remediation works via servicing inspections. The contract is split into 5 lots which are noted below.
