Accomodation required for 19 year old male (X) who is currently living in a Childrens Residential Service. We are looking for single occupancy accommodation for X who will need his own self-contained property due to finding it too disruptive and challenging to live with other residents. He has a staff team in place which provides 2:1 support and the team will provide the care and support in the property that is found. A detached or semi-detached property is desired which is close to a small local town where he can access shops and other local amenities; and also allow for X to have his own space as well as space for the 2 staff.
