Hampshire County Council, procuring on behalf of the ACCESS Pool of LGPS Funds, is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled, knowledgeable and experienced organisation to provide the Pool with communications and engagement support with the press, Government and other external agencies across a variety of channels.
