East Hampshire District Council ('the Authority') wishes to appoint a Consultant ('the supplier') to prepare a Landscape Capacity Study (including an assessment to define the boundaries of the study to be referred to as 'Local Areas') to inform the evidence base for the East Hampshire Local Plan. The study will assess the relative capacity of the landscape to accommodate development in the rural areas of the District, outside the South Downs National Park, and outside of the established settlement boundaries.
