A Framework for Permanent and Temporary Recruitment Services

NHS Property Services Ltd (NHS PS) is inviting Proposals for the provision of services via a Framework for Temporary Labour and Permanent Recruitment Services. It is the authorities intention to self-manage its Labour and Recruitment services. Data provided for 2015/2016 shows that the estimated expenditure for Temporary Labour and Permanent Recruitment Services was £16.5m. A continued programme towards Perm recruitment is planned which will directly impact reliance on Temp Labour. There are approximately 400 temporary post currently engaged within NHS PS.
