Overview
Essex, Kent, Suffolk, Norfolk, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire Police Constabularies are seeking bids for the provision of an Employee Assistance Programme service to provide rapid access to Counselling, welfare assistance and support to Staff and their Families. Psychological absence is one of the Forces largest areas for absence, and therefore requires both a proactive and reactive approach to supporting staff and their families with mental health issues including stress and pressure, both at work and in their personal life whilst reducing short term and long-term absenteeism.
