Aston University is planning to set up a new Estates Consultancy Services Framework to provide consultancy services for use with Construction, Refurbishment, Alterations / Extensions, Demolition, MEP and Infrastructure projects. It is intended that the new framework will commence in February 2025. Framework Lots: 1.) Project Management 2.) Architect 3.) Mechanical and Electrical 4.) Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy Services 5.) Principal Designer - CDM 6.) Building Surveyor Cost Management / Quantity Surveying Services are not included within the scope of this Framework.
