Design, build, installation, supply, commissioning and training of a complete test stand with all associated required systems, fundamentally comprising a dynamometer (motor / generator) and test bed, with a drive to power and control the dynamometer. Power of the machine will be 2MW constant power from base speed to maximum speed.
