Overview
ESPO intends to establish, by means of a competitive tender exercise, a framework for the provision of renewable energy solutions (microgeneration). The framework will cater for: • The supply and installation of Solar PV systems; and • Consultancy and project management for all types of renewable energy solutions The supply and installation of solar PV systems will have to be provided by MCS licenced installers with a strong track record. Suppliers also have to be members of the RECC (the Renewable Energy Consumer Code) and adhere to required warranties and performance guarantee levels.
