23862 - West End Masterplan and Option Study

To prepare a Masterplan option study for site PLY7 (Colin Campbell Court) allocated in the Plymouth and South West Devon Joint Local Plan (JLP) and adjoining land (Frankfort Gate South). A Second Part of the Commission seeks to extend the brief to the north of Frankfort Gate, forming the land bounded by Western Approach to the west and Cornwall Street as far as the Market Way. The extent of the wider masterplan and the two distinct areas north and south of Frankfort Gate are shown on the plan below.
