ESPO is seeking to establish a national framework for the supply of asphalt and aggregate materials including but not limited to supply of roadstone, aggregates, hot rolled asphalt, stone mastic asphalt, surface dressing chippings and topsoil to various public sector organisations including Leicestershire County Council.
