Recent rises in energy prices and the subsequent failure of a number of energy suppliers has prompted a significant change in the energy market. Understanding consumers' awareness, perceptions and experience of these changes, as well as how they may impact engagement in the energy market in the future is critical to Ofgem's ability to respond and adapt to these changes.
