To facilitate delivery of the A303 Stonehenge project Highways England requires a Commercial Management Service Provider to work within the Commercial and Procurement (C&P) Directorate to be accountable for C&P activities across the A303 Stonehenge project. The project has recently commenced PCF stage 3 of the Development Phase and a technical partner has been appointed.
