C&P Commercial Services Division supports the delivery directorates to achieve good business outcomes by developing cost, time and supplier intelligence required for effective decision making. The Cost Intelligence Database was first established in 2013/14 The database acts as a repository to store unit cost data from schemes as they are built, which is then used to benchmark and challenge the cost base of future schemes.
